In this 5 week program, we will work through any blockages that are holding you back from achieving and living the life that you desire. I will guide you on how to create a healing space for yourself, creating healthy relationships with yourself and others, and balancing your overall mental well being.

program include:

  • 1 hour zoom initial session 

  • 30 min bi-weekly check-in calls

  • Weekly worksheets

  •  Personalized meal/food recommendations + more

Mindfull Meditation

Guided Mindful Meditation  centered around topic of your choice. Focus topics for meditation can include but not limited to: 

  • Stress relief

  • Manifesting specific goals

  • Self-Love meditation

  • Opening chakras

  • IAM Affirmations

  • Awarness 

  • Self-Discovery 

  • Releasing worries and regrets

Holistic Healing

Durning our one-on-one coaching session, we bring attention to your current thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and actions that are governing your life and work closely to examine if there’re serving you towards your desired self and goals. Using holistic practices I will guide  you through opening any blockages that are holding you back from achieving the life that you desire. Opening blockages will help lead to more self-confidence,  understanding of your true purpose, and more tools for creating healthy boundaries and space for yourself.
