Simple salads that are both filling and flavor explosive.
MANGO AND AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients:
1 large mangos cubed
2 small avocados cubed
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 diced red onions
Salt & pepper to taste
whisk together olive oil, cayenne pepper, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over you mango, avocado, and red onions mix and enjoy!
GREEN POWER SALAD W/ HONEY BALSAMIC DRESSING

Ingredients:
3 cups of spinach
1 green apple cut and cubed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/3 cup of blueberry goat chess or more to taste
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 English cucumber cut
Dressing:
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
1 shallot
salt & pepper
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey. Peel and mince shallot and add in to the dressing. Add salt and pepper, and adjust flavors. For a sweeter dressing add more honey. Set dressing aside in regfrihertar 5-10 mins. In the meantime bring your spinach, green apple, and cucumber in a large salad bowl. Top Salad with walnuts, chia seeds, and blueberry goat cheese. After 5-10 mins pour dressing on to salad, mix and enjoy!
GREEK SALAD

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
1 English cucumber
small red onion
red and orange bell pepper
chopped parsley
1/2 cup of feta cheese
kalamata olives
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 freshly squeed lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 large clove of garlic grated
Start by making your dressing. In a mason jar whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Refrigerate dressing for 5-10mins. In the meantime cut and combine your tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and parsley. After 10 mins remove dressing from the fridge and pour over your salad. Toss salad with dressing, and top with feta cheese. Enjoy!
